Can I alter my order?
Sadly, I'm unable to modify your order once I've started processing it. If you need to order a greater quantity or an additional product, please place a new order online.
When will my order arrive?
Orders that require shipping within the U.S. will be delivered within three to ten days, depending on your preferred shipping method. Please get in touch if your order hasn’t been delivered according to the expected timescales, and we will check your order status.
What countries do you ship to?
Currently we ship to the US only. We are hoping to expand to international shipping soon.
How much is shipping?
Regular shipping is Free. Shipping upgrades are available at checkout.

Can I return or exchange an item?
We accept returns or exchanges only in the following circumstances:
- Damaged Items: Products damaged during shipping
- Defective Products: Items with manufacturing defects
- Wrong Item Shipped: If you received an item different from what you ordered
Claims Process
- Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be submitted within 48 hours of receipt of your items
- Please contact us immediately at coloring1974@gmail.com with photos of the damage or issue
- Items will be exchanged or a replacement will be sent at no additional cost
- Shipping will not be charged for exchanged items as a result of damage, defective product, or the wrong item shipped

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or faulty, please take photos of the product in question and email us at coloring1974@gmail.com with the details. We’ll respond within 48 hours.
