Welcome to Dropping Pixel. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Products and Services

Dropping Pixel offers custom digital portraits available in both digital format and as printed physical products. All portraits are custom-created based on customer specifications and photographs provided.

2. Orders and Payment

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability
  • Prices are subject to change without notice
  • Payment must be received in full before work begins on custom portraits
  • You must be at least 18 years old to place an order

3. Custom Work

  • Customers must provide clear photographs and specifications for custom portraits
  • We reserve the right to refuse any commission that we deem inappropriate or outside our capabilities
  • Turnaround times are estimates and may vary based on order complexity and volume
  • Customer approval may be required at various stages of the creative process

4. Returns and Refunds

All sales are final with the exception of returns due to damage, defective product, or the wrong item being shipped.

  • Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within 48 hours of receipt of your items
  • Items will be exchanged or a replacement will be sent
  • Shipping will not be charged for exchanged items as a result of damage, defective product, or the wrong item shipped
  • If you are unsatisfied with your order at any time, please contact us to resolve the issue within 48 hours of receiving your items

5. Digital Products

  • Digital files are delivered via email or download link
  • Digital products are non-refundable once delivered
  • You may not resell, redistribute, or claim ownership of the digital artwork
  • Personal use licenses are granted unless otherwise specified

6. Intellectual Property

  • All custom artwork remains the intellectual property of Dropping Pixel
  • Customers receive a license to use the artwork for personal purposes
  • We reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise requested
  • Customers may not reproduce, resell, or use artwork for commercial purposes without written permission

7. Shipping

  • Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers
  • Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier
  • International customers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties

8. Limitation of Liability

Dropping Pixel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our products or services.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
