Shipping Methods and Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- Destination address
- Package weight and dimensions
- Selected shipping method
Processing Time
- Custom Digital Portraits (Digital Delivery): Delivered via email within 3 business days after order placement and approval of specifications
- Printed Portraits: Processing takes 2-3 business days before shipment, depending on order complexity and current volume
Shipping Times
Once your order has been processed and shipped:
- Domestic (US) Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
- Domestic (US) Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
Tracking Information
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships
- Track your package using the provided tracking number
- Contact us if you have not received tracking information within 5 business days of order placement
Shipping Locations
- We currently ship to addresses within the United States
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes for certain items
Lost or Stolen Packages
- Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery
- Please contact the shipping carrier directly for lost package claims
- We recommend purchasing shipping insurance for high-value orders
Damaged Shipments
- If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos
- We will arrange for a replacement or exchange at no additional cost
- Do not discard damaged packaging as it may be needed for carrier claims
Digital Products
- Digital portraits are delivered electronically via email or download link
- No physical shipping applies to digital-only orders
- Digital files are typically delivered within 3 business days
Address Changes
- Contact us immediately if you need to change your shipping address
- We cannot modify addresses once the order has shipped
- Incorrect addresses provided by customers will result in additional shipping charges
