Shipping Methods and Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination address
  • Package weight and dimensions
  • Selected shipping method

Processing Time

  • Custom Digital Portraits (Digital Delivery): Delivered via email within 3 business days after order placement and approval of specifications
  • Printed Portraits: Processing takes 2-3 business days before shipment, depending on order complexity and current volume

Shipping Times

Once your order has been processed and shipped:

  • Domestic (US) Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
  • Domestic (US) Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

Tracking Information

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships
  • Track your package using the provided tracking number
  • Contact us if you have not received tracking information within 5 business days of order placement

Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship to addresses within the United States
  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes for certain items

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery
  • Please contact the shipping carrier directly for lost package claims
  • We recommend purchasing shipping insurance for high-value orders

Damaged Shipments

  • If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos
  • We will arrange for a replacement or exchange at no additional cost
  • Do not discard damaged packaging as it may be needed for carrier claims

Digital Products

  • Digital portraits are delivered electronically via email or download link
  • No physical shipping applies to digital-only orders
  • Digital files are typically delivered within 3 business days

Address Changes

  • Contact us immediately if you need to change your shipping address
  • We cannot modify addresses once the order has shipped
  • Incorrect addresses provided by customers will result in additional shipping charges
