At Dropping Pixel, we strive to ensure every customer is completely satisfied with their custom portrait. Please review our refund and return policy below.
Custom Digital Portraits
Due to the custom nature of our work, all sales are final with limited exceptions as outlined below.
Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges only in the following circumstances:
- Damaged Items: Products damaged during shipping
- Defective Products: Items with manufacturing defects
- Wrong Item Shipped: If you received an item different from what you ordered
Claims Process
- Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be submitted within 48 hours of receipt of your items
- Please contact us immediately at coloring1974@gmail.com with photos of the damage or issue
- Items will be exchanged or a replacement will be sent at no additional cost
- Shipping will not be charged for exchanged items as a result of damage, defective product, or the wrong item shipped
Customer Satisfaction
If you are unsatisfied with your order at any time, please contact us to resolve the issue within 48 hours of receiving your items. We strive to make every customer happy and your satisfaction is extremely important to us!
Digital Products
- Digital files are delivered electronically and are non-refundable once delivered
- Please ensure you review and approve any previews or proofs before final delivery
- If there are errors in the final digital product that differ from approved proofs, we will make two corrections at no charge
Custom Work Revisions
- Two minor revisions may be included during the creation process
- Major changes requested after approval may incur additional fees
- We will work with you to ensure the final product meets your expectations
Cancellations
- Orders may be cancelled before work begins for a full refund
- Once work has commenced on your custom portrait, orders cannot be cancelled
- Refund requests for work in progress will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis
Processing Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Non-Refundable Items
- Digital downloads after delivery
- Custom work that has been completed according to customer specifications
- Items damaged after delivery due to customer mishandling
